* Several years’ experience in a management role in business or the public sector.
* Secondary school education.
* An established ambition to run a franchise for at least 5 years.
* Financial capabilities
* Either have run or are running a Machine rental equipment business or sales venue within construction equipment.
To become a franchisee, you must be able to invest a one time fee of 5-10 000 € in your own taxed capital and be able to undergo training for 1 week in Sweden with minimal remuneration. 90% of the investment goes to marketing & developing YOUR franchise, the remaining 10% (500 – 1000 € is the yearly franchise fee.). Compared to other franchises this is by far one of the most low risk investments available.
GreenQuip franchise is of course not a business form with guaranteed profitability, but our franchise system is a tried and tested business concept that has proven its success in the market for over 12 years. For the right person, there are opportunities for very good returns on invested capital and labour.

* Expected return is 10-35% over a 5-year period.
Initial investment
* A depot facility (renting of warehouse/indoor or outdoor, access to a forklift, a delivery truck or a close partnership with a cost effective transport company that can pick up and delivery in short notice) costs between 0 and X €, depending on location, size, etc. You need to carry 100% of these costs in your depot or in your own taxable capital.
* An entry fee of 5000-10 000 € which gives you the right to operate a depot for 5 years within the GreenQuip brand concept.
Your subsistence during the training period (approximately 1-2 weeks).
Being an entrepreneur in GreenQuip is a great opportunity, but it’s not for everyone. It’s a life-changing decision and a commitment of at least 5 years. That’s why our recruitment process is thorough.
Notice of interest
The first step towards a future with GreenQuip is to complete an expression of interest. The application is made via the GreenQuip.com website and local HQ. It is an initial profile match that includes both questions and information. You will be contacted as soon as your application has been processed by GreenQuip recruitment officer. If you are successful, you will be asked to submit the full application, which is more comprehensive.
Interview and assessment process
Initial interview
The interview process involves several interviews. In the first interview, we want to give you as much information as possible and also get to know you. We also want to give you the opportunity to raise any questions and concerns at an early stage.
External evaluation
Our interview process also includes external assessments and background checks.
Final interview
The final step in the assessment process is a panel interview with members of the GreenQuip management team for a final interview. This will hopefully start a close and rewarding business relationship that will develop for at least 5+ years.
Franchise training involves approximately 1-2 weeks of full-time training. Through practice, theory and self-study, a complete knowledge and experience base is created that gives you all the conditions to become a successful entrepreneur and leader within GreenQuip. The programme includes management, leadership, marketing, public relations and cost control. However, the emphasis of the programme is on practical application and most of the time is spent in the real world with clients.
Approved franchisee
Once you are verified in all stages of the training programme, you are an approved franchisee. Congratulations, you are now ready to take over and run your first GreenQuip!
